The area of Foreign Trade of Sanz Calvo Law Firm operates in advisory and litigation foreign trade at the local, regional and multilateral levels.
Nationally, we work with experienced professionals in investigations and administrative reviews of dumping, subsidies and safeguards to the Department of Commercial Defense (DECOM), the Brazilian authority responsible for conducting these administrative proceedings, as well as before the courts. The area also provides consulting services to several foreign trade companies on issues of tariff classification, rules of origin, customs valuation, import licensing, technical barriers, etc..
